These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.skyfreight.online and the vehicle transport brokerage services provided by Sky Services ("Sky Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Service

Our role is to coordinate and broker the transport of your vehicle with a vetted, insured carrier. The carrier assigned to your shipment is responsible for the physical transport of your vehicle and maintains its own cargo and liability insurance as required by law.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website calculator or by our team are estimates based on the information you provide (such as locations, vehicle type, transport type, and timing) and current market conditions. Estimates are indicative and are subject to final confirmation. The final price may differ based on factors including, but not limited to:

• Accuracy and completeness of the information you provide (including your vehicle's actual specifications via VIN)
• Vehicle operability and condition at pickup
• Route, distance, season, and carrier availability
• Special handling, oversized or modified vehicles, or additional services requested

A binding price is confirmed once you accept a carrier assignment and booking. Quotes are not guaranteed until confirmed.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

When you book transport, you authorize Sky Services to arrange carrier service on your behalf. Payment terms, deposits, and any applicable broker fees will be disclosed to you at the time of booking. Cancellation terms depend on the stage of your order and the assigned carrier's policies, and will be communicated to you before you commit. You agree to provide accurate information and to make the vehicle available for pickup as scheduled.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself, your vehicle, and the pickup/delivery locations
• Ensure you are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorized to arrange its transport
• Remove all personal belongings unless personal items are disclosed and agreed in advance (carriers may restrict or charge for personal items, and items left in the vehicle are transported at your own risk)
• Disclose if the vehicle is inoperable or has modifications affecting transport
• Make the vehicle available, accessible, and ready at the agreed pickup time

5. Insurance & Liability

The assigned motor carrier is responsible for the safe transport of your vehicle and carries cargo insurance as required under federal regulations. Any claims for loss or damage occurring during transport are handled in accordance with the assigned carrier's insurance and the vehicle condition report (Bill of Lading) completed at pickup and delivery. We strongly recommend you inspect your vehicle and note any concerns on the Bill of Lading at both pickup and delivery.

As a broker, Sky Services is not liable for loss of or damage to a vehicle caused by a carrier, nor for delays, acts, or omissions of carriers or third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Services' total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount of the broker fee paid to us for the affected shipment.

6. Delivery Times

Transit times and pickup/delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Many factors outside our control — including weather, traffic, mechanical issues, and carrier scheduling — can affect timing. Sky Services is not liable for losses resulting from delays.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or others' use of it. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Sky Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that quote estimates will match final pricing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Services and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sky Services and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
